World Cup fandom is not exactly relaxing.
There are last-minute goals. Penalty drama. Elimination heartbreak. Group chat chaos. Fans celebrating like they just won the whole thing, and fans staring into the middle distance after one bad result.
So this weekend in Miami, the proposed coping mechanism is refreshingly simple: spend a few minutes with a dog.
The Chewy Cuddle Shuttle is popping up around the city from June 25–28, giving fans a free place to step away from the tournament tension and spend a few minutes with therapy dogs.
The idea is simple. Fans can stop by, cuddle with comfort dogs, take a breather, snap a photo, and pick up giveaways while they decompress from the emotional roller coaster of World Cup season.
For pet people, none of this needs much explanation. Dogs are very good at making big feelings feel smaller. They turn the volume down. They give fans a rare pause in the middle of match-day chaos: no score to check, no replay to argue over, just a dog quietly making the room feel easier.
For Miami fans moving between watch parties, bars, arenas and weekend plans, the pop-up offers a quick, free reset: step away from the noise, pet a dog, leave a little softer.
And while the Cuddle Shuttle is timed to tournament season, the invitation is broader than that. You do not need a heartbreaking loss or a penalty shootout to qualify. Anyone who could use a few minutes of dog cuddles is welcome to stop by. The dogs are not checking your bracket.
The Cuddle Shuttle continues through Sunday, stopping in Wynwood and Sunrise on Saturday before wrapping up in Miami Beach on Sunday.
